Promotions¶

operational promotion

Promotions and coupons can be evaluated and applied to a basket or order to deliver discounts.

Evaluates and applies promotional discounts — percentage off, BOGOF, multi-buy, basket threshold, and loyalty-linked offers — at the basket or order level. Manages coupon validation and redemption. Exposes promotion eligibility to basket management and checkout and records redemption events for analytics and loyalty integration.
